The brand Kapulsky, one of the inalienable assets of the world of coffee shops in Israel, has expanded more and more, until it became the first coffee shop chain in Israel. These days, Kapulsky bakery is located in Netanya. The bakery, consisting of about 50 workers, has been active for years in the field of desserts and sweets and produces crème cakes, cookies and pastries to the different markets. All handmade and with great meticulousness on the small details.

Kapulsky, a brand with great knowledge in the field of cakes and desserts with a touch to the world of coffee shops. The brand Kapulsky offers something that does not currently exist in the market – the ability to host and indulge oneself at home just like in a coffee shop and in fact, it meets the need of the consumer to allow himself pampering products even when just sitting at home.

Holidays
The bakery is coming out with a special cake series towards the different holidays.
On Rosh Ha'Shana we came out with honey cakes and no-added-sugar honey cakes, on Passover we have a line of cakes that are kosher for Passover, called 'Haggadah shel Uga', which include four mousse cakes of different flavors. On Shavuot, the most selling cakes are the crumble cheesecakes, blueberry cheesecakes and the baked cheesecake.

Quality and Control
Kapulsky factory operates accordingly to the regulations and under approval of the Israeli Ministry of Health, and it is authorized for the Standard ISO 9001:2000.
